Once your order is received and verified, please allow 1- 3 business days for processing and fulfilling your order. If you have a custom order, allow another 7 days for processing.
Orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS delivery service. Please allow another 2 – 5 days for shipping and delivery after processing.
Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number and an estimated date of delivery. Please be sure to use the correct shipping address to avoid any delays. Note – FedEx/UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. To prevent delays DO NOT PROVIDE PO Boxes for your shipping address. If you provide a PO Box, we will contact you to supply a physical shipping address.
Once your package has been turned over to the shipping company, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or has passed your expected date of delivery by 2 business days, please notify us. The shipping company should be your next point of contact for specific tracking information.
